PAX Prime 2011

PAX Prime (aka the Penny Arcade Expo) at the Washington State Convention Center in downtown Seattle is coming up in just a few days, August 26-28. It is one of the biggest video and tabletop gaming events in the country, with last year’s attendance over 67,000!

This year, Gamewright’s new games GUBS and City Square Off  will be featured at PAX Prime. City Square Off will be available in the game lending library, while GUBS will be featured on the tournament schedule. If you’re attending PAX this weekend and want to get in on the tournament, check out the schedule here! The GUBS tournament will be this Friday, August 26th from 3:30pm-5:30pm in the tabletop area. The inventor of GUBS, Cole Medeiros, will be floating around the conference on Friday with some promo items to hand out and would love to meet fans of the game!

Sign at PAX East earlier this year - look for the tabletop gaming signs to find Gamewright games!

While there will be a ton of awesome vendors at PAX Prime selling so many fun games, Gamewright’s featured vendors are Uncle’s Games and Games & Gizmos. They will have plenty of our  games in stock, including GUBS and City Square Off – so be sure to visit their booths!
