First off – congratulations to Marna B., who was selected as our winner from last week’s “name your favorite beach” contest. She told us that her favorite beach is Sugar Beach in Maui, Hawaii and she will be receiving a copy of our brand new game Mermaid Beach!
Continuing with the summery water theme, I’d like to introduce the newest game in our Pre-K line called Splish Splash! Imagine walking through the forest on a hot summer’s day and stumbling upon a secret pond that shimmers with every color of the rainbow. Such is the inspiration for this delightful game that aims to pique your sense of wonder. As you play, you’ll hone such essential skills as counting, color identification as well as hand/eye coordination. You’ll even learn some elementary physics, as you see that even the tiniest pebble can make a big splash.
While you’re looking for games for your pre-schooler, don’t forget about our other award-winning games for ages 4 and up, such as Go Away Monster (the game where little kids get rid of the monsters for good!), Take the Cake (a sweet game of shapes, shakes and cupcakes), Hisss (a colorful snake-making card game), and Feed the Kitty (a delicious game of mice and dice).
And for those little ones who might have trouble hanging onto all of their cards, try the Little Hands Playing Card Holder, which makes the games less about worrying how to hide your cards from opponents, and more about focusing on the fun! Gamewright prides itself on making fun games for the whole family, so while these games are geared towards a younger audience, people of all ages will enjoy them as well. If you have played any of our Pre-K games, let us know how you liked them!
